ServerCave provides a wide variety of networking-related products and services to serious individuals and small-to-medium businesses.

We have officially been in business since 2003. However, that is not the extent of our experience. We've been hosting websites and managing datacenters for over twelve years. In that time, we have learned many things.

The biggest thing we learned is that the customer HAS to come first.

We also learned that we can provide a good product at a good price, which we like to think we do. But if we can't stand behind that product, then we might as well have not sold it in the first place.

As such, you will not find flashy deals on our front page, monthly specials, hidden costs, or any of a hundred things that our competitors do to sucker in new customers and commit them to long contracts.

We find that kind of business practice reprehensible. We offer our services in convenient packages which are explained in simple, basic language that anyone can understand so that they can pick the right service offering for them.

If you just want your site to work, with no hassles and no worry on your part, we do that.

We limit our overhead, and pass those savings directly to the customer. There aren't any grand offices or high-paid executives. Even our CEO has to work for his supper. Everyone plays a part to help the company grow, or they have no place in our company.

We treat our customers the same way that we would want to be treated as customers of other companies. That's a very simple concept, one that too many companies have lost sight of.
